About Alice

Davidson Class of 2024 | Social Justice Activist

Hello! My name is Alice Garner, a Davidson Wildcat alumna, (Class of 2024) and I'm currently pursuing a master's degree in Urban Education and Social Justice with a Multiple Subjects Elementary School Teaching Credential from University of San Francisco. I am currently in search of teaching positions for this upcoming AY26-27 in the Seattle Area. 

My passion lies in education and building community, and I’m excited to continue on my path to become a lower elementary school educator serving urban youth with diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

I seek to create more equitable, humanizing and culturally sustaining spaces inside and outside of the physical classroom. I am excited to apply my linguistic abilities as well as my continuously developing pedagogy grounded in critically caring relationships and community-centered knowledge to the diverse families and youth I will work with.
